Farm Brew Club

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. Eligibility
   • The Farm Brew Club is available to individuals aged 18 and above. Each subscription is non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.
2. Monthly Fee
   • The monthly fee of $14.99 grants the subscriber unlimited 16-oz cup drip coffee for one month. Payments are auto-renewed on a monthly basis unless canceled by the subscriber.
3. Unlimited Coffee Terms
   • Subscribers may receive one cup of drip coffee at a time, with unlimited refills during business hours.
   • Drip coffee is limited to dine-in or carry-out only. The subscription cannot be used for to-go containers larger than a standard 16 oz. cup.
4. Non-Transferable
   • This subscription is valid only for the individual subscriber. Sharing or transferring benefits to others may result in cancellation without a refund.
5. Valid ID Requirement
   • Subscribers must present the subscription receipt to redeem the coffee.
6. Fair Use Policy
   • The Farm Brew Club subscription is intended for individual use only. Subscribers who abuse the unlimited offer (e.g., sharing with others, filling large containers) may be removed from the program without refund.
7. Cancellation Policy
   • Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their online account. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
8. Refunds
   • Monthly fees are non-refundable. Once billed, the subscription remains active for the entire month, regardless of usage.
9. Subscription Changes
   • September Farm reserves the right to modify the terms of the Farm Brew Club, including pricing or rules, with 30 days’ notice to subscribers.
10. Ineligible Items
    • The Farm Brew Club applies exclusively to drip coffee and does not include specialty drinks such as espresso, cold brew, or tea.
11. Account Management
    • Subscribers can manage their subscription, including updating payment information or cancelling, through the September Farm website or app.
12. Privacy and Security
    • Subscriber information will be handled in accordance with September Farm’s privacy policy. Unauthorized account sharing is prohibited and may result in cancellation.
13. Customer Conduct
    • Subscribers are expected to respect staff, other customers, and the café environment. September Farm reserves the right to suspend or cancel a subscription for inappropriate conduct.
